when you plug in the phone to the computer, go into menu- tools - mass storage- connect to computer and just look for the removable disk storage on " my computer" transfer all your music files to the media folder. hope this helps if you haven't gotten it to work

With PDA phones you need to use a program called ActiveSync,
it is a free program. Once you have that install, you will be able to put files to the computer and the phone.

SOURCE: hook samsung to pc
before you connect cell to pc. change the (cell) connection settings to either usb/bluetooth. now connect.
go to my computer and you cell icon or harddrive should have appeared. and you be able to continue using studio 3.

I had this problem before, You have to specify what type of USB settings you want. go to phone settings, then USB settings and pick from "PC Studio", "Ask on connection" or "Mass Storage".
hope that helps!
