Not knowing which screws and the length and thread etc. it's hard to offer you replacements. be that as it may either take the laptop to a computer shop or remove some remaining screws and take them to the shop and see if they can offer you replacements.... even a hardware store will do. be careful to get the right length and thread. if the screw goes in but suddenly tightens before it's all the way in... find a shorter one. an alternate suggestion would be to contact Siemens and explain your problem, they are likely to just send you some.
