Unless you have changed your operating system recently, it's possibly that a driver or other part of the software has been corrupted. You can try re-installing it with the original disc. It will probably detect the old version and say do you want to repair it or remove it. Try the repair option and follow the on-screen instructions. If that doesn't solve the problem, try a full replace-install.
You can also check that the drivers are up to date for the capture device.
OK here is my fix. If you have any Roxio installed i suggest you uninstall all first. I went to my computer and did a search for roxio. i deleted every thing that said roxio. I then went into regedit and did the same search roxio, i then deleted every registry entry that said roxio. It installed with o problem.

I understand that the software works before and now you are having problems with it. What you can do ti fix this, try to uninstall the software and reinstall it again, by doing that the software setting will be refreshed back to default.
Hope this help.
i Think you do not have vista compatible softwares i.e.
Roxio Easy Media Creator 10 Suite . So please buy vista compatible software or path with vista patcher . You can easily download vista patch from www.rapidlibrary.com . Patch and run the software in vista. Best of Luck.
