Question about HP PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Lately I can't use my PSC 2410 All-In-One InkJet Printer since when I'm trying to turn it on, there is a continuous mechanical noise from inside the printer and the sandglass in the printer display is continuously showed with no any option to cancel it or to start use the printer. I'm trying to press many buttons but nothing responds. The only way to stop this continuous noise is to plug it off from the elecricity outlet.
Do you have any (by myself) solution for me besides sending it to repair?
Thanks in advance, Lior.
(To clear memory, turn off the printer, disconnect the printer USB cable from the computer, then turn the printer on for a few seconds about 30. Then turn printer off, reconnect USB cable and turn printer back on. This usually resets any error messages you're getting and clears out the printer queue too. ) It might be too late now but this always works on mine. I had this happen several times due to power outages or surges when the printer is on. Just now fixed it again doing that.
