Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
My e260 died on me. I downloaded all the drivers and revived it. However, now the computer will not recognize it and it will not let me set the date and time. (I set month and day but when I try to set year it goes back to initial Sandisk screen; also does not retain info that I do enter). Radio does work however.
You can try to reset the device by pressing the power button for about 15 to 20 seconds..if that doesnt work I would recommend you to go to the sandisk site to update the firmware on your device or you can contact sandisk to they can help you with updating the firmware on your device..Please follow the link below to get the firmware
