Try a USB port on a different computer.
If the SanDisk still is not detected, then spend $10 to buy a new 4GB flash-drive.

Install Windows Media Player 10 or higher

You need to format it as NTFS because FAT32 (your current flash drive file system) doesn't support files bigger than 1GB.

go to site of scandisk site there is software for Cruzer it's free from that software you will open yr falsh

sorry but you have suffer a electric surge that resulted for your drive to not to work, and im sorry it's busted... try formatting it but if this doesn't work the it is already gone south....

I had the same problem. Just go to Sandisk's website and download the latest U3 removal tool, run it and it will format it back to 7.5 GB.

I have got a problem of Files Hiden.
When i opened Control Panel there is no Folder View.
When i tried to do any thing it asked me
"Insert U3 Smart Driver"
But I couldn't find that Driver, But I do have 4GB SanDisk Cruzer
Flash Driver. So Please support me for more.

Some times its not shown because os problam windows not deteactes the mac files again check in mac mechine its working os problam may be comparbilty problams

Make sure you check to see if the File System is FAT32 instead of FAT or NTFS, this way you can have your 2GB back.
Try reformatting using FAT32.
