Download your Xbox Live profile
You might want to download your Xbox Live gamer profile in the following situations:
  • You want to use your Xbox Live gamertag on another console.
  • You have a Zune, Games for Windows, or Windows 8 Microsoft account (download your existing account instead of creating a new account).
  • You accidentally deleted your Xbox Live gamertag from your console.
You can download your Xbox Live gamertag to any console. Here's how:
  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.
  4. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox Live gamertag. If you don't know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password.Note "Microsoft account" is the new name for what used to be called "Windows Live ID." It's the email address and password you use to sign in to Microsoft services (including Xbox Live). Find out more.
  5. Now, enter your Microsoft account password.Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent's Microsoft account information is required to download the profile.
  6. Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).
  7. Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile is downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign into your profile.

How do i remove account bank card from xbox live account

Sorry to say that there is no direct way to remove your bank card from your xbox live account. you can replace the card with another card but it appears that once you have associated a bank account card to your xbox live account then it is next to impossible to get MS from removing the card from your account.

You will need to talk with xbox Live support directly on phone and explain to them what you are attempting to do. They will explain that they need to associate an address and other items to your live acount and ultimately get to the point that you will need to delete your account and start a new account using an xbox live card purchased from retail store.

There is a known work around where you change your account address to chicago address and zip code. (seems like the address doesn't have to be too accurate) And this will allow you to go online and change your account so that it doesn't auto-renew. This is what I did and I simply just use retail cards now when updating my Gold account.

good luck.

Xbox

This is an easy one. All you need to do is delete your Xbox Live profile information from all of your memory units and/or HDD. After that just use the Xbox Live account recovery system. Your account should be up to date and Passcode free.

Why this works:
The Xbox live Passcode is saved on your memory unit/ HDD and not on your actual profile. So If you delete your profile on your memory, then download the profile again. You get your raw profile without passcode.

Cant sign in to xbox live because when i try it says enter pass code

If you have forgotten your pass code, and if you have to remove it to sign into Xbox LIVE, follow these steps:

Note The following steps apply only to Xbox LIVE online profiles. When you delete an offline profile, you lose any Gamerscore that is associated with the profile. You also lose achievements and statistics that are associated with the profile.

    1. In the My Xbox area, select System Settings.
    2. Select Memory.
    3. Select the memory device on which your profile is stored.
    4. Select Gamer Profiles.
    5. Select the profile that you want to delete.
    6. Select Delete. When you are prompted, select Delete Profile Only.
  2. In the Xbox LIVE section of the Xbox Dashboard, select Recover Gamertag from Xbox Live.
  3. Select Yes when you receive the following message: To join Xbox LIVE, you must exit your current session.
  4. Enter the gamertag for which you want to remove the pass code, and then select Done.
  5. Select Next.
  6. In the E-mail Address section, type the Windows Live ID credentials (the e-mail address and password that you use to sign in to the Windows Live ID) that are associated with your gamertag, and then select Done.
  7. Enter the password for the Windows Live ID account, and then select Done.
  8. Select Sign In.
  9. If you want to set the pass code again, follow the steps to set an Xbox LIVE pass code.

My xbox 360 profile is corrupt.

IF your profile is not an xbox live account, your xbox profile cannot be recovered, however, if your account is an xbox live account all you need to do is have no one signed in, press the center xbox button, go down to recover account and enter your information
