Question about Kenwood Excelon DDX-7015 Car DVD Player

It looks like the unit has a code programmed into it in the past. If this unit is second hand try contacting the previous owner for the code. If it's new from the shop, then contact the shop. The last option is to contact Kenwood and they can reset the code for you. Unfortunately there is no other way...

During code request:
Point the remote control to the screen and input these numers (fast as you can).
You will not see any change on the display untill you enter tha last digit.

Enter the security code using your Kenwood remote. For the DDX6019
The key sequence to enter the security code KCAR : on the side of the remote there is AUD, DVD,TV. now enter 55 in the AUD then go to DVD and enter 2 which is fast forward then go back to AUD. Do the same for the rest.

yo u need a reciet of purches and u can send it in. do wat i did go to a sound shop ask one of the people there to make u one and slip him a twenty beleave me its worth it i got the same screen as u and its bad ***. try it
