FM Preset keeps on popping up on my Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-32FS120 32

Do a factory reset to this set. Refer its user manual for details. If it do not help you, Visit this site for more details. Type in the site name Electro-help either to Google or Yahoo search box [not in the address bar of your browser], and click search. It is an electronic equipments service help site. All details you want are there. Note the position of hyphen in between words in site name, when you type it in. The site will appear as it is in web; subtitled as electronics equipments' repair help.
Go to the document there discussing about how to get its "servce mode" options. Get into ths service mode to make it to factory reset.

M3plugin.dll

You have left over pieces of a spyware and/or adware program. Here is how to go about removing them:

1) Goto 'Control Panel' then to 'Add/Remove Programs'
2) Locate 'My Web Search' Select 'Change/Remove' and uninstall it.
3) Also look around for other programs associated 'FunWebProducts' like:
My Web Search
My Speedbar
Search Assistant - My Way
4) Once you have cleared the out of your program's list, proceed to your C drive.
5) Goto Program Files
6) Locate and delete the following folders;
FunWebProducts
MyWebSearch
7) Finally Goto Start>Run
8) Type 'msconfig' and press OK.
9) Once the msconfig window pops up select the Tab labeled "Startup"
10) Sift through the startup items look for anything pertaining to either FunWebProducts and/or My Web Search
11) Once found uncheck all of them(FWP/MWS items).

This should fix your start up issues. I would also advise you to Get Spybot-Search&Destroy From here. This will keep you from getting nasty programs like this again.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions lemme know.

DELL DIMENSION 3100 PROBLEM

Even the best pop-up blocker may let a few through. If you are getting more than a few (especially if they are occurring when you are not actively browsing the web), I would highly recommend downloading, installing, and scanning with a free program called SpyBot Search & Destroy. This will remove any spyware/adware that might be causing your added pop-ups.
