This must be the largest portable printer in the world! HAHA!!
Seriously though, i believe you may have a bad wristpin or crank journal bearing. you weren't specific on engine type so i am making an assumption that the motor is high mileage. Good luck!

How do I sort the knocking sound on this machine hp laserjet M5033 MFP

Knocking usually means the gears are not turning the cartridge rollers properly. This would be why it probably doesn't knock with the door open when you run a motor test.
Take the Cartridge out, close the door, and and let the motors turn and see if it knocks still. While you close the door look to see if there is a gear that protrudes from one side as the door closes. If the gear does not come out when the door is closed then it will not turn the cartridge rollers and would cause the knock. Also, if the gear does come out but does not link up to the cartridge fully it can cause the same kind of sound. You would also get a similar result if the gear's teeth are stripped out on the drive side of the gear.
Many models do not have that type of drive gear. They may have a drive gear on the left side of the cartridge compartment. Look at that to see if it show wear and tear.

Samsung printer ML 1860 knocking noise

The only answer I'm afraid is to visually inspect to see what's knocking. Look for misfeeds and paper jams, they are the most likely problems

What year and engine does your Silverado have? If it's an older (1999-2002), the 4.8/5.3 engines typically had issues with knock sensors becoming corroded and setting a DTC P0327.

Error message: Unable to Init. I took the unit to local repair shop. They told me that it was either a mechanical problem of somesort, or electrical.(bad chip?) They were unable to fix it.

Yes, lots of things can cause that, paper scraps on the right where the head parks, the encoder strip knocked out of position. For the strip you need a flashlight and mirror. Up under the edge is a clear plastic strip that gets knocked out of the slot on the carriage. If you are careful you can lift and twist it and get it back in the slot, then laugh at the repair shop...

Lexmark t644 making knocking noise when printing. I sprayed some air duster around the rollers but the knocking still persists.

Could be caused by the fuserroller. If the machine has been out of use for some time or if you do not print very mutch, the pressure roller of the fuser gets flat spots witch can give a knocking sound.

My toshiba 2060 copier starts knocking when warming up and then show the trays are empty , do you know what it could be?

the lift motor for the paper trays is faulty or if yu pull the trays out and look behind the tray there are som connection there check there aint no paper stuck there.. if you put the trays back in on at a time you should find the one causing the problem.. my money is on the lift motor as this lifts the tray up to the paper sensor to show paper in trays..

Scan failure

Anything with scanning problems on this machine, would require a service call.
Turning off and wait for at least 30 seconds and powering on the machine "Might" get the machine back to a good "Ready" condition.
The problem might be a bad scanner motor gear or even curciut board. There might even be some major binding that might knocked out some sensor, giving this condition.
Most times, a service call needs to be placed with Xerox.
