You probably installed Windows from a "generic" CD-ROM.
Reinstall Windows, from the ACER-modified Windows "System Restore" disk, and all the correct device-drivers will be automatically installed.

Or, find another computer with Internet access, and a CD-writer.

Access ACER's web-site. Click "support" and "download", and download the AUDIO and NETWORK and MOTHERBOARD and VIDEO drivers to a folder on the computer.

Burn the contents of that folder to a CD-recordable.
(Since you say that your 'SM Bus Controller' is not working, you won't be able to use a USB memory-stick on your computer.)

Move the CD-R to your computer, and install the MOTHERBOARD driver, and then the other drivers, from the CD.

1.From Device Manager

(1).Click Start, type Device Manager in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
(2).In the Device Manager dialog box, expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
(3). Right-click the device, and click Scan for hardware changes.
You should see a message that a hardware device is being installed. Additionally, the uninstalled audio device is now present in Device Manager.
(4).Close the Device Manager dialog box, and then determine whether you can hear sound.

2.From the motherboard or installation CD - If your computer came with a motherboard CD, the audio drivers should be on the disk.

3. From manufacturer's website - If you don’t have the CD go to your computer manufactures web page to search for updated sound driver software. Read the instructions on the download pages carefully before installing.

4. Microsoft's Windows Update feature : If there are no updated sound drivers available, use Microsoft's Windows Update feature. Connect to the Internet and try the following items until Windows Update opens:

(1).Click Start, and then click Windows Update (if it is listed).
(2).Click Start, click Settings, and then click Windows Update (if it is listed).
(3).Click Start, click All Programs, and then click Windows Update (if it is listed).
(4).Go to Microsoft's Web site and click Windows Update from the Downloads menu.

I carnt hear anything in my laptop i really need help i think i have to install somthing how?

First
Make sure the audio is not muted by single left clicking the audio icon at the bottom right of the screen.
Seconded
Double click the audio icon at the bottom right of the screen and the audio panel will display check nothing is muted.
You can also check by going to 1. START 2. CONTROL PANEL. 3. SOUND SPEECH & AUDIO DEVICES. 4. SOUND AND AUDIO DEVICES.
Check the mute box is not ticked.
Third
Right click my computer.
Click properties.
Click hardware.
If you have a yellow mark next to any item download the appropriate driver from the manufactures web site.
If it’s not muted you will most likely find you have not got the audio driver installed.

Sound problem

Couple of thoughts:
1) is mute on?
2) is the volume turned too low?

- assuming you have XP for the following -

3) if you open the control panel and go to 'sounds and audio devices', make sure the volume is 25-50%. Click advanced button and put all volume sliders at 25-50%. Make sure none of the 'mute' boxes are checked.
4) Right-click 'My Computer' and click 'manage'. From the list at the left, click 'Device Manager'. On the list at the right, is there any items under 'sound, video, and game controllers' that have a yellow exclamation or red x on them? If so, you'll likely need to reinstall the audio drivers.
