Question about Ovens
Our microwave oven just stopped working, had put some instant cereal in
closed the door and it was just blank, no power or anything. It had power
before and had worked previously, flipped the breaker switch and that did
nothing. Its mounted in a wall cabinet above the regular oven, and the oven
works just fine. Any solutions?
I have a SCB2000BB o3 GE advantium oven that the bottom heating element does not light. The parts list shows a thermostat in line with the heating element. How do I replace the thermostat or lower heating element. Can those parts be checked to determine if they are defective?

It turned out to be the High Volateg Capacitor and the High Voltage Diode in the Micro wave section which also took out the Fuse in the cabinet

Sounds like the door monitor switch, which would take out the internal ceramic fuse. I'd replace those two plus the primary and secondary door safety interlock switches.

Sounds like a defective door interlock switch or a broken switch mount. If it's not a problem with the door switch or door switch mount you will need to replace the magnetron and the touch pad as well. This will fix your issue.
Please get back to us if you have further query else please accept the suggestion.
