Question about HP DeskJet 6122 InkJet Printer
I tried to upgrade the 6122 printer driver. The new driver would not install because it said an older version on the computer had to be removed first. When using the XP Add-Remove program in the Control Panel it called for the original installation disk to be inserted. I don't have the original installation disk. Is there another way to do this?
I believe if you go to HP.com and do their auto-select printer routine it should delete the old driver for you.
