Question about Cell Phones
I have an old motorola razor phone with a 64mb internal flash memory drive.
I accidentally water damaged the phone by riding splash mountain at Disneyland with the phone in my pocket. I should have put it in a plastic bag.
I don't care about getting the phone to work because I already have a new one, however I had vitally important data on the phone itself. Text messages, notes, and such. Is there a way to recover to flash memory?
I have tried BitPim but my computer won't even recognize the drive, plus Verizon locks their phones so you cannot connect to PC or Mac...
There seem to be a lot of companies out there who do data recovery, however of the two that I have contacted so far, none of them were interested in doing a recovery from flash memory.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Yes there is a fix... You need to reflash your phones.. to the person holding down the red button dont.. just press it .. but you want to press the other to down before the red button it will work! If you want to learn more about Flashing your phones goggle Mark Venture's name you will learn how to flash your phone properly! Unless it is under warranty then you need to take it to Verizon and tell them to reflash you phone...also under Bootloader to get your pics you should beable to run P2K Commander.. run it and get your files off.

I have the same problem when trying to get my PC to recognise my V8. I went to the Motorola website for updates and the V8 is not even one of the options!!!! This is a classic example of BAD RUBBISH support for users. Motorola MUST be aware of this problem and do they supply any help? Of course not. So I say to all people reading this: Don't tolerate poor customer service and contact MOTORALA and DEMAND better support.
