Hi, Did you figure it out yet? We have same fridge. Compressor went on it a few months ago. Should have a metal bracket horizontal along the back. The wheels slip inside it. Lift front end as you insert back end of shelf.

How old is this frig? If it is older that 12-15 years, get a new one. Make sure there is not blockage to keep the air from circulating properly. The vent from the freezer to the cooler should also be free from blockage as well.

Hi Shari. Yes. Go to any hardware store, or a home depot or lowes. Go to the adhesives isle. What you need is an epoxy adhesive that will work on plastic. There are different ones that will work so read info on the containers to find the appropriate one. One I use a lot with success is called JD WELD.
