Hamilton Beach Water Dispenser Makes Lou...

I'm guessing it is probably the cooler going out or something as it is making a really LOUD noise. I turn it off for a day or two and then it goes away temporarily but eventually starts acting up again. It started doing this after only a few weeks. I have such bad luck with these things. The water has never been very cold. You suggested putting two mm fans inside, where exactly would I connect it and how would I make them work without connecting it to some type of electricity???

Also, I have cleaned the system including used compressed air on the fans without taking off the back....not sure how to get inside so just spray inside the holes. I've done the beach cleaning inside and have used clean bottles and fresh water but system dispenses plastic and stale tasting water.
