this could be because someone took the license key that was origionally installed on your computer, did you lent it out? The same product key can not be activated on 2 computers unless it has multiple licenses. I had this problem, but i simply called microsoft and they shut down the other product key and gave me a new one for free.
Hi, sounds like you might have a faulty part in the pc, ie memory or hard drive etc. if you have already installed windows from scratch on the pc and your still getting these faults i would say its the memory or hard drive is faulty..
