If you are talking about the right directional key, then it is located close to the lower right corner of your keyboard, where you will find the up, down left and right keys. There is also right ctrl and right alt keys on the left side of the directional keys.

Yes you can use a dvd rom and can install Win XP but with your hard drive size, it is not recommended since you would not have enough space to install your programs( you can only install a few small programs). You can use a lower version of windows but if you still want to use XP, then just be sure to leave enough free space( about 600 MB so that your operation system can work but recommended is 1GB)

If you give me the model number of your system and let me know if it's Win XP 32 or 64 bit. I will see if I can help. Is there a graphics crad installed? If you had make and model of motherboard that would really help.

Devil May Cry 4

Minimum System Requirements
OS: Windows XP/Vista
  • Processor: Pentium 4 @ 3 GHz
Memory: 512 MB (1 GB for Vista)
Hard Drive: 8 GB Free
  • Video Memory: 256 MB (nVidia GeForce 6600 SM3 Required)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0c
Keyboard & Mouse
DVD Rom Drive
Recommended System Requirements
OS: Windows XP/Vista
Processor: Intel Core 2 DUO
Memory: 1 GB (2 GB for Vista)
Hard Drive: 8 GB Free
Video Memory: 512 MB (nVidia GeForce 8600)
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0c or 10
Keyboard & Mouse
DVD Rom Drive

Seems like your graphic card is not supported. Its a older version. My first solution would be update your driver for your graphics card: http://driver.wareseeker.com/download/visiontek-radeon-9250-agp-8.072.rar/1e97d07a01 or http://www.soft32.com/Download/Free/VISIONTEK_RADEON_9250_AGP/4-172246-1.html

If that doesn't fix it (which I don't think it will), you might just have to buy yourself a better graphics card and/or computer.
