Question about Kogi L7CH Monitor

1 Answer

Center screen I have an L7CH LCD, I can't get the screen to center. It stays about 2 inches from the left & 1 inch from the top on the 800x600 setting & even further on higher settings. tomzurawski@ameritech.net

The solution worked fine for me with a Kogi L7EH with the same problem. Thanks.

My PC screen broke 2 months after purchase and a new one is $400 plus labor. I have been trying to hook-up my KOGI - LO7CH-TA-AV53N-2000-KGX as my primary monitor. I sometimes get it only and sometimes I get my cracked PC monitor. I can't find a download driver for the monitor and even when I do get the desktop monitor the margins are all off and I can't fix them either.

So I thought I would write someone with the same problem, any suggestions? Thank you, Shawnascy

I figured out that the monitor has to be reset. I was able to figure it out. Turn off the monitor, hold down the + - buttons together on the monitor & turn the monitor on while holding the buttons down, you will see a message on the screen that the monitor is resetting, you can let go of the buttons & the monitor will be reset to factory settings.

I have a 20 inch monitor that the screen is off center. The picture is blank 2 inches on the right and part of the left is missing.

I am guess your have a CRT monitor. There should be a menu button or knob on the monitor. Press it and a menu should come up that will allow you to adjust the position and size of the screen display.

If you have an LCD monitor, the resolution of your desktop is smaller than the screens native resolution. There sould be a button marked "auto" press it and it should correct it. If not, find the desktop screen resolution section in your operating system (control panel) and make sure it is set correctly. If it is wide screen, set it to 16:9 and then set it to whatever has the word "Native resolution" written beside it.

The screen has shifted to the right so that i cant see the [X]on any windows. Ive already maxed out the left shift but its still stuck to the right.

does the screen appear distorted;does it move as you shift left/right/up/down? IF THIS IS TRUE, YOU PROBABLYHAVE THE RESOLUTION SET WRONG....RIGHT CLICK ANYWHERE ON THE SCREEN;PROPERTIES;SETTINGS; ADJUST SLIDEBAR TO PROPER RESOLUTION FOR YOUR MONITOR

if its lcd check the resolution copatiblity of your video card

Polaroid monitor picture is shifted to left about an inch

Hi you may try
1)to key the auto(adjust) button at TV monitor keyboard if not ok,
2)to change display pixels density from PC display setting because TV monitor could not support the display pixels you using and sync.the picture on well.
3)also you may adjust monitor screen H position(it maybe not convenience for back TV).

Display is off-center

Try the Auto adjust button on the monitor buttons first.
If the entire picture of the computer is showing you can try to shift and stretch the picture through the menu button.
