Indicates a hard drive problem
however there are several steps that you can take to get storage space
go to control panel , programs and features and delete any programs that you seldom use or were install but never use
next get to device manager and run the defrag on the disc
That puts like registers on the same section of the disc so the computer doesn't waste time searching for all the bits of files and folders
next in the search bar under the programs on desktop, type in CHKDSK and enter
That stats a repair program in the computer that runs all of the programs , files , folders , everything and repairs them as it goes
That will take around 6 hours for the average computer
lastly
if there is a spare slot for ram memory try installing an exact identical stick to double the ram memory
The computer uses the ram as a temporary filing cabinet as it processes commands so an enlarged ram facility makes the computer run faster as it can move data around a lot easier
it it turns out to be a hard drive problem , a replacement solid state hard drive _SSHD- is the best way to go because it doesn't have a spinning disc and so is faster in operation

Can not remember window's password, also Admin has been disabled. How can I unlock it?

The Windows Login Password can be changed only if you have an access to Windows.

If you have another Admin User Account, you can try logging into other account to change the password.

If the computer is not booting to windows, then you can perform system recovery to restore the computer to factory settings.

The system recovery process will erase all the data in computer and restore the computer to factory settings.

You can restart the computer and press the F8/F10 key at start up to access the recovery partition. Once you access the recovery partition, you can perform c drive recovery in your computer to resolve this issue. Below is the link with the details to perform system recovery in your computer:
