then windows 7 has no driver for the device download the latest device driver that support win 7 operating system, if there is no device driver for win 7 then you should have to wait until the manufacturer releases a driver for win 7
the driver for the lan card most come with it if the card is new. driver should be in floppy disc cd rom if you have either of the two **** it the drive and intall the lan card driver. After runing the installation disc is gonna be ok.
