You don' have the install booklet that came with the motherboard??The info is there, if you don't have it go to the manufacturer web site and you will find a PDF file of the instructions.

The jumpers on that board are located just below the battery and come with a green jumper... I am working on the same board right now.

You don't need all the fancy stuff as most people could care less (for real).
Most care one thing - do it turn on and does it work. end of story. Same here, all I want is for the board to fire up - and if that is all, find two pins that when shorted will start it up - put that plug on those two pins and the rest i history! have fun.
I used to care about all that stuff - but after playing with a lot of boards and playing, finally I realized only one thing matters most.
Fire it up! that is the Beaut of a AT board, its' fired up through the power switch to the power supply. don't have to worry about pins!

As said before, find the manual or online manual and it should have the information you're looking for.

Also, most motherboards are marked beside the jumpers on how these need to be installed. Just make sure to follow the positive and negative marks as it's a necessary thing to follow. The LED's and speaker will not work correctly unless you place them correctly.

Will ibm rev1.6 motherboard will support DDR2 RAM ??????

Check the RAM slots -- in the "channel", there are small vertical "blocks", so that only *ONE* type of RAM (SDRAM, DDR1, DDR2, DDR3) will match-up the "slots" amidst the gold pins on the RAM.

Given that it's a ThinkCentre/NetVista motherboard at 400 Mhz:
http://www.shopping.com/xPO-IBM-SYSTEM-BOARD-W-O-POV-02R4087

with a Pentium 4 CPU, it's very-likely that it _only_ supports DDR1 RAM -- it's simply too old to support DDR2.

Need wiring hookup for motherboard 06p2525

I am not sure who the manufacturer is for a 06p2525 Motherboard. However, Sometimes there are boards that actually have the power connector, Hard Drive LED, Power LED, Reset Button, Abbreviated and printed on the board next to the appropriate pins. If not, then you are going to have to find a manufacturer name on the board. Usually you can go to the website and download the installation manual. The wiring diagram for the board is in the manual. Another option is to try going to different motherboard manufacturer sites and do a search on that part number. You may get lucky and find the board and manual.

Good luck,
Mike
