(Plz.read fully) Hai friends,let me first inform u that how your nokia 6630 detects it's headset. There are 13 connector pins at the boottom of yr cellphone.4 for usb connectivity,others for headset,mic,switch,antenna(not in order).
The first pin from left(plz. neglect the isolated pin near to the edge) is ground (-ve) and the second one act as a sensor for detecting headset is connected. When the normal headset jack is plugged in, it short circuits the ground pin
