Panasonic dvd home theatre system SA-HT520. My 2 year old was playing with buttons on dvd player and now when i press open/close button it is saying locked and won't open, is there anything i can try to fix this?

I will see if there is any known hack for this model, some unit does not have any unlock procedure.

Try first unplugging unit from main, and holding the cancel button.

If that does not work try the following:
Hold at the same time the stop button on the main unit and key >10 on the remote control at the same time for about 5 seconds, until you get the word "initialised" on display. This will reset the unit to factory settings.
