Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

In Adobe Reader X (10.1.5) I get error regarding Destinations The feature you are trying to use is on a network resourse that is unavailable. Can someone please help?

The error is referring to rights. If you are the owner of the PC you should always be an Administrator. Verify in Users under Control Panel.

The program could have installed under another user or without admin rights.

However most likely it just the folder. You can right click to check, but re-installing software might take care of and be the easiest fix.

Why I'm I unable to access my Jarfile lib\MP3Rocket.jar

You are likely experiencing this error because of an error with the java files that are on your computer. You see, some part of the java installation is corrupted when you receive this type of error. Java controls all aspects of MP3 Rocket's functions, even starting up. When Java is corrupted, it appears that MP3 Rocket is broken when really it may not be. You cannot physically inspect Java to be sure it installed properly so you must first do an uninstall, a restart, and then the Java installation followed by the Rocket installation.

Installation ended prematurely because of an error

I was also having the same problem previously. It is happening due to somehow the some sigmaplot versions could not find the correct path/permissions.
I have solved this problem by 1. open command prompt with administrative permissions.
2. go to sigmaplot package directory
3. type the name of installer /a. the switch /a results in network installation. choose a directory different than the c:\program files.
I choose D:\sigmaplot
install
go to the installation folder and open spw
update your license as received from the company or visit their website for trial license.
solved mine. later i added the shortcut to start menu.

Unable to open downloads

I'd say, offhand, that you are looking in the wrong place for the stuff you downloaded. Otherwise, Windows would try to open it and if it couldn't, you'd get an error message.
Try this: What I always suggest to my clients is to create a directory called something like "download" under the root directory (e.g. c:\download) Save your files to that directory. The system should remember this and always save there.
Now all you have to do it go to that directory and you'll be able to see the files and run them.

I need to find an installation package containing EZARC.msi

Link up to www.nodevice.com and look for driver (xxx.msi) and download it. This might solve the problem of your machine.
Second, boot your CD (OS) that is provided by the company when you purchased the machine. Open the CD and look for the driver you're looking for. Repair it.

Thanks.

I am trying to buy on ebay but it is telling me that HTTP 503 server requested is not availible yet I can access it from my PC what is wrong

503 Service Unavailable (HTTP 1.1)
This code means that the service is temporarily unavailable, but should be restored in the future. If the server knows when it will be available again, a Retry-After header may also be supplied.
The above definition means that the server (their end) can't supply the requested information (your end) because it is unavailable (either busy or down). This probably because the server is too busy serving other peoples request. This may also be caused by some firewalls, try disabling it temporarily.

You need to log-on as administrator to unlock it. If you're a user yourself, you will not be allowed to unlock it.
