Question about Computers & Internet
Hi there!. i have a very BIG problem.. i accidentally deleted the recovery partition of my laptop computer (ACER EXTENSA 4420-5874) and now, all of my drivers are lost, because i formated my laptop, and installed a Vista Business. Before my OS was Vista Home premium, and everything is working just fine, but after i reformatted and installed the vista business, i cant find the right driver for my "up to 896 mb ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 Hypermemory"~ ATI.com dont have any solutions for this, i already tried almost all the drivers from ati.com and also from ACER.com. But no luck i still cant find the right drivers. i have spent all of my time in finding for drivers.
-AMD ATHLON 64 x2 Dual-Core Processor TK-55 (1.8Ghz, 2x256 KB L2 Cache)
-14.1" WXGA Acer Crystalbrite LCD
-Up to 896 mb ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 Hypermemory
-3 GB DDR2
-250 GB HDD
-DVD-Super Multi DL
i hope someone can help me with my ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 Hypermemory "Correct/Right graphics driver". THANKS IN ADVANCE!
Have you tried the windows update, usually for vista they have a built-in WDM drivers for ATI, and right now you may want to use that for the meantime if the computer did not recognize the exact model number also when using the windows update it you can check if microsoft has a new WDM driver for your video card.
The video card is a built-in video card on the mobo, right?

If you are having problems with your video card
the drivers might not be installed correctly you might
have to uninstall the graphics card restart your computer then reinstall the
graphics card and its drivers
If your computer
came with a motherboard disc the drivers could be on it
Click start control
panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to display
adapters + to expand you might see a yellow question mark ? or exclamation mark
! or a red x right click select reinstall drivers or
you might need to
This package supports the following driver models:
