    This is my specification:

    Processor: AMD Duron (tm) ~1.1GHz

    RAM: 256 MB

    Directx: 9.0c

Video Card: GeForce FX 5200 128mb

Do you experience the problem of hangin if your browsing or watching movies?
    -"nope"

Does your game graphics set to high? If yes try low settings

-"not also. I'm currently set on low settings"

Do you experience any artifact (a smal square looking object on the graphics of the game) or some glitches on the games itself? (this may cause by overheating)
    -"nope"

The specs of your computer is the minimum requirements for the game, I can say that the result of this hangin is due to lots of application installed on your computer and not much of RAM (memory) on the computer itself.

As posted by previous replies
the pc is at lowest spec for the games
use msconfig, to find what applications are loading at startup and disable all the garbage that you have installed, barebones OS only
Uninstalling applications will make no difference if those apps do not load a component at startup
full scan for spyware
remove **** like bearshare imesh or any other file share program
ram is simple to add, if there is a vacant ram slot on your pc, and is available. new ram must match old ram, or timing conflicts will negate the advantage of the extra ram
there is not enough Vram on your graphic card either

As i starts gta san andreas in my pc my monitor screen goes dark like its gonna start but it didn't the screen remains dark what to do?

Since you haven't provided any other information about your PC. Such as, which Operating System do you use, what type of Graphics card and model are you using, etc and things like, does the monitor ork fine for general use? Does it go black for other intensive games? Does your PC and power output meet the games requirements?
Though this could be as simple as a re-install of the Graphics cards driver. Not necessarily an update, but just a re-install.
You do that by first making sure that you have a copy of the graphics card driver on hand. Then un-installing the existing driver and then re-install the driver using the driver file that you have saved. A simple re-install of graphics drivers can do wonders. Ugrades to the latest drivers are not always helpful.

My Nvidia GeForce FX 5500 / 256MB DDR / AGP 8x / DVI / VGA / TV-Out/ Video Card Graphic Card Crashes when I try playing games?

The graphic card usually crashes due to over heating. Keep the gpu cool. you may use a pedestal fan as well.

I recently bought a XFX HD 5770 GPU Card. After placing it on my motherboard, I casually played games and monitored the temperature of my CPU and GPU. When playing games like GTA IV, the temperature of CPU...

I suggest that you get an additional cooling fan, just for your video card, as San Andreas is a highly complex game that utilizes the video gpu very hard. Oblivion is another game which does the same thing. Also, I would look at getting a seperate case cooler, the more fresh air you can get into the case, the cooler things will be.

Lags in games.

Hi. Try lowering the video settings on that game, because usually for this game you should have at least a 256mb graphic card and 1GB of RAM or memory. Just make put it on the video settings on the lowest settings posible like 640X480 and also try turning off some video enhancement on that game, if you still having some lagging problem then consider upgrading your graphics card and memory. Hope This Helps

My system hangs when i play game

Try upgrading the ram in the computer.  Most of the time it is because you are playing a high intensity game on a computer that is not built for it.  also try going into task manager and closing out anything you dont need.  in the processes, click user name at the heading of the items an it will list them out in order of user. You can usually shut off anything that is opend by your usernameexcept for explorer wich is windows itself and taskmanager wich is the window the processes are listed in.  While you are in there check to see if any programs are taking up excessive cpu usage and close them first to see if it fixes it.  alot of time i will look and firefox is using alot because of the multiple tabls i have open.  try these few things and if that doesnt help then i would suggest either a fresh install of the game or an upgrade in memory.
