MY DELL Inspiron 1525 Laptop dameged, and It seems LCD screen groken. I have tested to connect another extarnal monotor and it's showing HDD not detected.
I purchased Laptop from Best Buy store USA with limited tech support.
When I approched DELL said that they won't support this system if buy from Bestbuy store.
This is happedned in India, due to this not able to solve my problem.
Please advise if I send this to USA Best but and this will solve my problem?
Please advice best possible solution.
If you purchased a warranty with Best Buy they should honor it. Before sending this to the US, call Best Buy and get a confirmation, tracking, case, or verification number.
Dell should honor their warranty if it's still valid regardless of where you purchased it.
