Question about Audio Cards
Please three days ago i instaled windows xp in my PC, but i dont have the sound, my Pc mother board is P4S533, i cant find audio controller driver in the internet, please tell what to do
To my knowledge there are five versions of this motherboard (P4S533, E, MX, VM & X), pls verify your particular board. In any case, for the sound driver of an Asus P4S533 in Windows XP, pls start here. In Select the Product, choose Motherboard, in Select Series, scroll down and select Socket 478 and in the Select Models, go down till your motherboard model is displayed. Click on the SEARCH button. You would then be prompted for what Operating System. Clicking on the SEARCH button would display all the drivers, expand Audio.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards. Thank you for using FixYa.
