That code means low pressure.
The unit has either lost it's refrigerant charge or the coil is dirty. Look at the unit and find the metal fins. Make sure they aren't plugged up with lint and hair. There are two coils on an air conditioner, one inside and one outside. It won't hurt to check them both.
If cleaning the filter and coils doesn't fix the problem, it's time to have a technician come and check the refrigerant charge.
