Reboot or Recover? If you have a Factory Recovery Partition, use this procedure, a Recovery will return your Laptop to the day it came out of the box, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA, and you must install ALL Windows, Acer updates and software you installed, a Restore will return to a date selected, if your Laptop has Restore enabled in software. If your laptop keeps on rebooting, the problem is about your operating system, the system is corrupted, there's no reset button for that problem, you need to fix it through the bootable cd created with your laptop
if you can get on the net download the program avast virus scan at avast.com the home edition is free.. Install, scan your computer, then it will be safe to shutdown the computer or reboot.
