It is possible for those bulbs to break from severe impact (the filaments will break before the glass).
What i would do is look in your yellow pages to see who SELLS car audio in your area (There's a million in Phoenix). Find one that's close and preferably one you are familiar with. Call them and ask if they do repairs, and if not if they know who does locally. Most shops usually know these kinds of things, because they get asked all the time.
Also, shops prices vary, so if you get multiple names, call around to see who has the lowest rates, but keep in mind you sometimes get what you pay for!

My shop would usually charge around$45 for that type of repair.
