Question about Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator 6.1 Basic VCD Edition (EZCDDVD) for PC
Been trying to get to Roxio, but can't understand why their query was regarding purchase from them directly. I purchased my package from a discount outlet in my town and really did not register it, however by accident I found my code because I used it to in my setup. My question is how do get a replacement disk to correct the corruption on my computer. Most of it was deleted by one of my smart...... children to clean up space for personal use and I really want it back on my system. After reading some of the problems so far, would it just be better to leave it alone?
Unfortunately Roxio will provide a new disk, only if you buy again the whole product, unless it was purchased directly from their website.
Only solution is download from P2P sharing network, burning CD again, then using your valid and genuine serial to install the software.
Too use P2P sharing you can install the programs below
downloader: uTorrent - Download
search: Convivea - Download Bit Che
Note: on P2P networks you find often software that is not genuine, I recommend using this system only to download the software for what you have an original license, much of the stuff you can find in there is illegally copied and distributed.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
