Microsoft Vista Compatibiltity Center is showing that my webcam HO98063 is compatible with Windows Vista, but I can't get the screen to show. All I get is a black screen.

- I have the GE Easy Cam HO98063 and i have installed the software with the cd but the screen is still black. In the cd they don´t specify anything with windows vista so i think that software is not compatible with vista. What can i do?- ana-grau

you have to install the software driver of your webcam HO98063 on windows vista in order to work properly.......otherwise it will not work in windows vista........try this ......it will work 100%....i am a software engineer.....and i have experience in it......thats why i am suggesting you this idea..........
