Question about Apple Canon CanoScan N1220U Flatbed Scanner
I have borrowed this scanner from someone and had it in my office for about a week. I used it today and I got the error message that the lock was on, but I hadn't realised that it was because the scanner had opened with no resistance. I moved the lock to the off position and continued with my work, but now the lock doesnt work any more. I have never forced it open and it doesn't appear to be broken, but the lock does not work.
Any ideas how to fix? I feel awful since it doesn't belong to me.

This doesn't do "one button" scans, but I just downloaded "VueScan" for my 10.5.4 Intel Mac and the demo is working great with my Canoscan N1220U.
