my creative zen mp3 is not working...it is on..the power is on... but it stuck on playlists and the buttons are not working..its just stuck on the playlists on the screen...how do i fix this?

- After I dropped the player (not hard), the front buttons and touch screen stopped working. It powers on and off, and can be reset, but the display stays stuck on the song I last listenend to. Firmware upgrade didn't help.- ourmiss1
