Question about Harman Kardon AVR 130 Receiver
Change the battery and I need the radio code
I had a 1992 325i and added a compatible remote mount trunk CD changer from a later model BMW. It also came with an extra radio I didn't need and I had someone that wanted to use it but couldn't because we didn't have the code. So I simply went to the local dealer with the head unit and they inputted the ID numbers on the radio in their "dealer service computer" and they came up with the radio code and this radio was from another country! I'm pretty sure if you go to your local dealer and give your car's VIN # they'll provide you with the code without even needing to take your radio out. Good Luck!
