Your phone is only setup to recognize 256megs of information, there is a way to change it but it is difficult without the right software, it is best to take it to sprint or nextel and have them change it for you.

The same thing happened with my Moto, it's most likely the file names of the songs, try shortening them to the same size as the ones that show up and I bet they will all show up.

Good luck.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I'm not sure but you should be able to find the settings for saving data in it's menu and change the location from internal/onboard to memory card.
I hope this helps, and Good Luck.

Very Simple Solution. I have the same phone.
First you need a Data Cable that connects your phone to a USB port on your PC.
Secondly, go to http://idenphones.motorola.com/iden/support/software/html/mp3_software.html
and download the mp3 loader.
Its very easy to use. good luck.
btw, I found a data cable on ebay for $5

Sync to player and memory card without duplicates

I got this from:http://www.livedigitally.com/2005/06/27/sandisk-sansa-e130-the-micro-version-of-the-ipod-mini/ Create two playlists with names such as 1. SANSA Internal and 2. SANSA 2GB (assuming your SD card is 2gb). Load songs into each playlist. Edit the sync properties for each drive to only sycn to those playlists. Sync!
