Battery replacement in heart rate watch

I took the battery out of my Sportline solo 900 heart rate watch and I did not make a note which way it should face when putting it back in --- whether the plain side or the battery name & number is facing toward the removable cover. Can someone let me know which is the correct position please?

Hello decksrnice & Guest, The battery should face 'IN' when placing in watch. The smaller size of the watch is the face. For Guest there is a flat type spring on the cover, carefully bend the spring to apply more pressure to the battery. Use a pencile eraser to clean the area the battery makes contact. If you bend the flat spring too far IT WILL BREAK.

Replace battery in Acumen heart monitor watch

Important: remember the position of removed items.
Remove the four small screws on the back of the watch. I used a screwdriver designed for replacing screws in eye glasses.
Observe the position then lift the cover and take care to carefully remove the O-ring.
Observe the position then lift the case holding the battery.
Remove the battery again observe the position.
Replace battery, case holding battery, O-ring, cover and screws.
Your watch should how have power. Best wishes.

What battery is used in the wrist unit of the Polar F11

Take your watch to your nearest watch shop and ask them to do it for you.

You can get into difficulty replacing batteries and it is not worth the risk for the small cost saving.

You have to replace the battery with the new one. In most cases underpowered battery causes faded or even disappearing digits on LCD unless your watch has been damaged by water. Find your nearest watch repair shop or do it yourself. Do not forget to rate, please.
