Question about HP Vs17 17" LCD Flat Panel Monitor
Blue color display mean... your pc not detecting the monitor. Check all cables, make sure it's plugged in tight or replaced a new VGA or DVI cables. Still the same problems. could be your Graphic card are busted... Try plugged into another computer.

try to set the
display setting on your desktop
here your gonna do
1.go to the control panel
2.go to the display settings
3.and then settings
5.try go the brand of your video card
6.then set the color to default
