Make sure all the cables are plugged all the way in... run a virus and spy ware scan... a good free spy scan is spybot... clean all extra files through the computer clean defray area found in program section... and maybe a defrag..... this is for the outside problem of a full computer that may have too many spy ware taking up your Internet and cookies filling your computer.... this could take some time but your computer will work a lot faster

Also, get a Firewall (I likeCOMODO) if you don’t have one.

As for you X, she is breaking the law, big time. What she isdoing is paramount to cyber-stalking and malicious hacking. I don’t want to getanyone in trouble, but change all your passwords (after you clean and updateyour computer and change you IP address) and tell here that you will presscharges if she continues to break into your computer.

uninstall unwanted software click start> control panel> Add/Remove programs

Delete junk files
1. Click run start> Run> type %temp%
2. Click run start> Run> type temp

Restart computer.
