It may not be compatible. On the box, may also be on the router too, not sure about the router, it should have the system requirements including the different OS's where it will work.

Dell wireless does not work

If you use the Linux library to find a driver, download it and install it on your Dell. You may be able to download to the Dell from Linux Bin with your RS232 router cable. That would save some time.

Can I use this router with Linux operating system?

If this is a home router you were previously using with Windows it should also work with a Linux distribution, such as Ubuntu (and others).

This of course implies a successful Linux install with all your hardware being recognized.

I have a bsnl type 2 modem with wireless connection i want to block certain sites like orkut facebook in my laptop which has a redhat linux os.please help me

i don think there will be url filtering options on ur modem/router.
u can download sunbelt firewall to ur pc(Linux Platform)
using this u can block the url's u wish.

If u need to block the websites on the whole for total network, then u need to place a firewall appliance on the edge of the network after your modem/router
