As long as you know your security code you can retreive your lock code. On the Lotus dial ##3282# scroll down to Advanced, choose View, then scroll down to option 5 which should be the Lock Code and select it. You will need to enter your security code here which typically is 6 zeros.
Type in that last four digits of your phone number. If that doesn't work, type in any codes that you have ever set on that phone. That includes the voicemail code. Try that, too, cuz you never know. If that doesn't work, try the pound key or the star.
