I am assuming you have Windows 7 with your new laptop? Windows 7 should have the native driver for it. Have you tried plugging the printer into your laptop?
Just contact Lexmark technical support to request for the power cord for your Lexmark X75. When calling support, you will be asked for your printer model and the serial number. Thanks.
