Question about HP Officejet 7210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I get a solid black line 31/4 inches down the left side of my copies.
Are you feeding in the copies from the Automatic Document Feeder? Open the top of the flat bed scanner and look to the left you will see a small piece of glass that is used for the ADF and then you will see a large piece of glass that is used for the flat bed scanner. Clean the small piece of glass used for the ADF and let it dry before trying to use the copier again. Test the copier and see if the gray line is still there. if you are using the flatbed portion of the scanner, clean the larger glass on the scanner and as before let it dry before trying to use the copier again and then test the copier.
