Hi my siemens kg 32 , freezer is freezing and frige is working 2 but when plugged in first its makin a funny noise,a loud rattly noise, the little cylinder at the back shakes and then it runs fine but every so often it does the same thing again, sounds like its gona blow up, can u please help

The chances are that the ice buildup is now in contact with the fan, hence the noise when fan hits ice.

As a short term fix, power the freezer off and let it defrost naturally, this will cure the immediate problem. In the long term, I presume that this is a self defrosting freezer, so you appear to have aproblem with the defrost cycle. You MAY find that a long power off and defrost will cause things to reset and it may well cure your problem anyway

very possible your magnatron is faulty. Disconnect 2 transformer wires and make sure they dont short. try the program again. if no noise, replace magnatron:capacitor and HV diode Please i strongly suggest an electrician help you as it is truely dangerous in there. .

Hi,It is most likely the magnetron and diode that has to be replaced. This job should be done by a tech, High voltage. Magnetron's normally have a five year warranty, check your owners manual.

I would call them at 1-888-4-SIEMENS or visit the support / customer service links at siemens-home.com

It may possibly have a shorting keypad or moisture or grease in the controls.
