If the lines are in the exact same position every time then the buffer boards are faulty - they are specific to each tv so you will have to find out the exact model of your tv and then order them online; the cost around $65 a piece and there are 2 of them on each side of the screen. To install them the tv will have to be completely dismantled up to the last screw because the boards are placed between the screen panel and the frame; it's a very long and risky job - the screen panel is fragile and all work on it must be done extremely carefully.
