We have an older electric fireplace and we would to fix out issues ourselves. However getting a reasonably priced insert. is difficult We have a twin (we do not remember the rest of the manufacturer) electric fireplace, model 23e05. We cannot find any other solution's and now want to replace the thermal coupling ourselves. How can I find part for it? The original company cannot help us with parts. Can you? We are also trying to locate a part the thermal coupling, online and then do the repairs ourselves. Can you help us?.

My problem is I have a electric fireplace the insert is a colemen and the heater stoped I bought it a Costco about 4 years ago

It may need repairing, do not take risks trying to fix it without an expert. But its 4 years old so its better to replace it with new.
