So I understand that you are unable to operate the water temperatures and soil levels on your infinity washer, while on the normal cycle.

I suggest to give your appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power off at the circuit breaker for 3-5 minutes. After the 3-5 minutes, bring power back and try to start a cycle.

If you are unable to change the water temperature and soil level settings, while in the normal cycle, I suggest to contact your local authorized technician. They will be be able to come out and diagnose the washer and see why you are unable to change the settings.

If operation light is normal and timer light flashes twice, the error is:
Serial signal (reverse) error, at operation start up
Most likely a faulty outdoor controller PCB. Around $250 for new board plus labour.

Hi, Most Nokia phone all have similar problem about blue tooth operation failing.

If both lights are flashing, it means the Waste Ink Pads in your printer are saturated with ink and the waste ink ("protection") counter has exceeded its limit. The Waste Ink Pads should be replaced as soon as possible. You can overcome this problem temporarily by using the SSC utility - download from

and reset the Protection Counter. This will stop the lights flashing and restore normal operation.

However, remember that eventually ink will overflow from the waste ink area and make a dreadful mess, so you must change the waste ink pads before this happens. This requires the disassembly of the printer. A copy of the service manual is available from a number of sellers - just Google "Epson C46 Service Manual". You will often find them for sale very cheaply on E-Bay.

If you decide to have a go at replacing the ink pads yourself, report back and I will provide further help.
