Use a PCI-Express graphics card.

Explain the events as they happened in a Comment.

1) Turned the computer on one day, and no display on the monitor?
1a) Was No Signal, or something to that effect shown on the monitor?

2) Have you changed any hardware components lately? Ram Memory?

3) Has the motherboard been installed in a computer, and the problem/s happened,
OR,
Are you installing this motherboard for the first time?

4) Do you have a PCI-Express graphics card, and if so, what is the model name and number?

Regards,
joecoolvette

K8NF4G MOTHERBOARD IS NOT WORKING

Your Video Card (Graphics Card) is probably bad. To isolate the problem connect another monitor to the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays the same NO Signal Message then your video card is bad. If the Borrowed monitor displays and works correctly, then your original monitor is bad. The fact that your monitor displays the No Signal Message on it shows that the monitor is ok.

If you have a laptop, the video will show on most systems when you reboot without you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN (Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correct key for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key will normally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.

I hav a asrock p4i45dv mother board , its cpu lights appear but nothing is displayed in monitor may i know the cause of this problem and soluton

This is either a bad monitor, a bad video card (if you're using a stand-alone card), or a bad motherboard. Test the monitor by connecting it to another computer. If the monitor works, then it's the video card or MOBO. Use a stand-alone (PCIx/AGP) video card that you are certain works. If this does not work, then the MOBO is not working. I hope this is helpful and best of luck!

I have an asrock 890gx pro 3 mobo and the HDMI is not working at all. I am not sure if there is something I need to click somewhere. I have xp service pack 3 but it is not seeing my TV as a monitor...

from windows that option normally u can activate in options for display or under ATI centre. There u can adjust what display will be primary, which one will be secondary, and what resolution will be used on each. Then if u want that both display produce same image or one will be extension to other. And more.
There is many ways how to make that ,but i think this one will be enough.
I will start with one monitor conected thrue something what is not HDMI..
Then on working display simply do right click--then click on Settings.
Now below name of ur monitor must be sawn other monitor if is connected ,under number 2 or more..then u can do whatever u want.
Other way is to make same thrue ATI driver icon which represent ATI Catalyst Control Center, and there u also can find under display that options..but there is one thing outside of windows, and that is fact that on ur motherboard for dual display u can use in same time DVI and HDMI, only DVI and VGA,or HDMI and VGA, as for sure on your motherboard DVI-D and HDMI ports can not function at same time,in other words when one is enabled other one is disabled. That is granted if u use just integrated graphics on your motherboard.

Conflict with the display and the PC display will not come out

Hi,
I think there is no effect even if the monitor was interchange, maybe during the travel the video card was loosen, have it check. Check also the pins of the monitor cable, if some are broken.
Thanks

No video display

Could you offer more information please. A video display may be related to incomaptible/bad memory, monitor problems, graphic card problems, loose connections. If you could specify if there was video earlier, and what triggered its absence, I could try.
